Kin Lee

CEO

Formerly a banker with over 15 years’ experience in the wealth management and capital markets, Kin has extensive experience in finance and asset allocation. Kin has previously worked over 6 years as a managing partner of a boutique European real estate company. During that time, he has successfully transacted over £600 Million worth of London properties and have advised on countless others. He draws upon his experience in capital markets, real estate and forex markets to plan and advise clients on asset allocation. Economic themes and capital flows are carefully studied before recommending clients on their portfolio investments. Kin incorporated Anglo Fortune Capital Group in 2016 to expand the business to the next level. Servicing clients from South East Asia and now expanding to North Asia, Kin has a deep understanding of investor needs and objectives.

Kin is the Founder & CEO of Anglo Fortune Capital Group and acts in a non-executive role on the advisory board for Anglo Fortune Asset Management.

Nathan Cozens

Partner

Nathan has 35 years of expertise in the acquisition, development and promotion of residential schemes in and around Greater London. He initially gained his experience in construction as a Quantity Surveyor with Trafalgar House Group in the City of London and then moved on to develop high value residential projects in the prime London areas during the 80s and in the 90s. Nathan became a Partner at a leading Hong Kong based real estate business, Rubicon Properties International, promoting landmark UK developments to Far East Asian and Middle Eastern investors. In doing so he created a Central London property portfolio under management in excess of £550M by 2000. In 2001 Nathan joined Pearl Pacific, a Far East Asian property investment fund, as its principle fund manager, focusing on the development of commercial, retail and residential schemes in and around Central London. This culminated in the construction and launch of the first serviced apartment hotel at Heathrow Airport. In 2007, Nathan moved on to assist in the design and creation of the XBond Deposit Bond product for Zurich Bank.

Nathan now fulfils the role of Partner within Anglo Fortune Capital Group and has overseen the legal acquisition of £245M in London residential property for Hong Kong investors since 2013. He acts in a non-executive role on the advisory board for Anglo Fortune Asset Management.

Benjamin Cho

Partner

After completing the Bank of Scotland Graduate Program, Ben served several rotations in the banking sector, within the Private Bank, Corporate and Treasury. He then joined the Strategy division at the Bank of Scotland International in Jersey to assist in various initiatives for the Treasury and Retail banking divisions, as well as developing financial products for their clientele. In 2008, Ben moved to Lloyds Corporate Banking as a Business Development Manager to oversee the Trust and Intermediaries portfolio in Jersey. In 2010, he left the UK to provide oversight and consultancy services to a number of businesses in the Technology, Defense and Real Estate sectors. Ben fulfils the role of Partner within the Anglo Fortune Capital Group.

Jamie Cozens

Director

Formerly a property agent specialising in lettings & management within the London market, Jamie has over twelve years’ experience in residential real estate across the capital. In 2008 he started his career at an independent agency in Canary Wharf and over time progressed to running expansive investment portfolios for some of the UK’s most prominent property service providers, with great success.

In 2017, Jamie joined Anglo Fortune Capital Group to bring his expertise to their Asset Management and PRS ventures from a London base and the following year Anglo Fortune Asset Management was formed. Since then, AFAM has grown to manage over £125M in residential property and continues to expand.  Jamie’s strong track record and reputation gave him the platform to curate an exceptional network within London real estate which has paid dividends during AFAM’s formative years. In addition to his role within Anglo Fortune Capital Group Jamie also fulfils the role of Managing Director at AFAM.

Susan Sims

Finance Director

Susan started her career in business consulting, management and administration in small private companies spanning Hong Kong, China, Australia and the UK. Her experience ranges from managing operational businesses with up to 150 employees in the hospitality industry to managing commercial properties with long term public-sector tenants. She expanded her work experience further in business consulting connecting international companies to trade and setting up factories in China. Her strengths in addition to business management lie in her communication skills and her ability to speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, French and German. Susan now fulfils the role of Finance Manager at Anglo Fortune Asset Management and also supports the business with their cross-border relations & commerce.
