Investment Advisory

Our combined wealth of experience across all sectors surrounding the acquisition, development, leasing, asset management and disposal of UK Commercial real estate ensures that we are well placed to act as an advisory partner for international investors and property funds. We oversee all elements of the investment process including negotiation, structuring, conveyancing, completion and handover on behalf of our clients. For disposals we utilise our network of clients in conjunction with our agency partners to maximise our exposure on an international scale. Whether this is through open marketing or off-market channels we ensure that we drive the greatest return possible upon exit.

Private Equity

Another service we offer at Anglo Fortune Capital Group is the opportunity for our clients to provide equity stakes in performance projects, inclusive of development risk, execution risk and asset management risk. As well, our clients have the opportunity to forward fund projects, working with developers to ensure assets are delivered to a high level.

We have the ability to co-invest on projects to provide confidence in them. As well, we are able to reward our clients through incorporating agency and asset management fees into the investments for a stake in the SPV.
